Key Responsibilities
- Managing the team of Area Sales Managers to drive sales & penetration for the region.
- Prepare regional strategy to increase penetration through close interaction with BAL RMs & dealers and ensure execution of penetration through Area Sales Manager & team.
- Ensure quality business sourcing through constant series of checks &balances & through interaction with Prayas team & area manager
- Helping CBM with allocation of target & mapping dealer, ASM & frontline sales team wise targets & ensure adherence to the same
- Prepare strategy for FEMI collection through ASM & regional collection team & ensure delivery month on month
- Identify critical areas for LLP & work with collection team to reduce the same under the guidance of CBM
- Managing the DCC portfolio for the state
- Maintain & improve the productivity of ASMs
- Approve the DMAs as recommended by ASM & cross verify all documentation.
- To Manage relationships with BAL RMs & large dealers
- To understand future risk scenarios of possible new dealers & termination of existing dealers including their credit worthiness & inform CBMs accordingly
- Ensure market benchmark w.r.t. various promotion/incentive schemes by competition & suggest best practices/changes to CBM
- Work closely with RCU team & continuously look at processes to reduce noncompliance & process laps and be a whistle blower. E.g. Review all documents pertaining to customers, DMA empanelment, dealer related documents, compliance related documents & recommend accordingly
- Understand & prepare strategy basis centralised report & help CBM to frame short & long-term strategy – dealer/location/state wise.
- Coordinate with credit team

Key Performance Indicators
- Responsible for achieving volume targets for the region on quarterly basis through the team of area sales manager
- Responsible for overlooking increase in number of finance customers across the region on quarter to quarter basis (penetration) through ASMs.
- Responsible for increasing rural sales on quarter on quarter basis through ASMs & team.
- Responsible for increasing sales through ADC DCC on quarter on quarter basis through ASM team.
- Responsible for reducing the dcc
- Bounce & RC pendency cases quarter on quarter basis
- Responsible for process/compliance adherence across the region
- Responsible for training and development of the area sales managers
- Coordinating with training team to improve team performance
- Resolving queries of team and guiding them to achieve 100% targets
