Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Material Procurement and Planning for Casting and Forging parts required in Vehicle and Aggregates viz. Engine, TM, Axle , Foundry.
Use of IT tools -DBM /LTP/MRP.Supplier Capacity Planning wrt material requirement and timely escalations in case of gaps.
Inventory Management.
Change management - EN process.
Cost Savings - Packaging / Material / Logistics.
Coordination of Packaging Cost / Logistics Savings for the Department
Planning & scheduling of the Material from suppliers.
Planning of raw material of critical supplier
Execution of Tasks due to fluctuation in plan
Supporting SQA team for on time doing the ICA /PCA on line
Supporting The MQA team for supplier related issues
Timely support for the spares division to complete the VOR on time.
Taking owner ship of common parts with all the plants and Executing Accordingly
