Senior Software Engineer

POSITION PURPOSE:

Position Purpose: Develop custom scripting based on business requirements to expand self-healing and automation potential

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement automation scripts and tools using Python, Powershell, and Bash
Build and maintain deployment and configuration scripts for Windows, Linux and cloud environments
Collaborate with other teams to identify and deploy automation capabilities
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for scripts and workflows
Optimize existing scripts for continuous improvement and scalability
Integrate automation solutions with APIs and orchestration tools
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scripting
Document technical designs, workflows and best practices

WHO YOU ARE:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience in software engineering or system automation
Proficiency in Python, Windows Powershell and Bash
Strong understanding of operating systems
Experience with API integrations
Experience in debugging and problem solving
