Development Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Development Analyst to join our Sydney team. Supporting ESR's national Development business, you will work closely with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams to deliver financial analysis, feasibility modelling and reporting across a diverse development pipeline. Key responsibilities of the role: • Prepare, maintain and review development feasibilities, cash flow models and scenario analysis to support investment and development decisions • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including investor reports, budgets and reforecasts • Partner with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams to evaluate development opportunities, leasing outcomes and project performance • Manage and enhance development databases, financial models and reporting tools to improve data quality and decision-making • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency
