What will you do? The Digital Business Analyst (DBA) will partner with the GovTech onsite team to support both business-as-usual responsibilities and new digital initiatives. The DBA will assist in coordinating digital solutions driven by MFA and work with stakeholders to support the deployment of these solutions across multiple projects.

The Digital Business Analyst will partner with business teams to elicit citizen and business needs through human-centric, visual methods such as service journeys, and develop appropriate business cases. The role involves working with GovTech and MFA project teams to develop user stories, functional and technical specifications, and acceptance criteria. The DBA will evaluate and recommend suitable technologies in alignment with GovTech's technology directions, including cloud-based solutions, enterprise architecture, modernisation of legacy systems, and adoption of the SG Tech Stack. The role also requires identifying and adopting appropriate development methodologies — whether Agile or Waterfall — across outsourced, co-sourced, or in-house development environments. Further responsibilities include ensuring system and product readiness for smooth deployment and operations, analysing the impact of requested changes, proposing improvements to address evolving business needs, and supporting the CIO in identifying new opportunities for MFA's digital transformation.
