Role Overview We are looking for a Manager of Lead Generation to build and implement a digital infrastructure for acquiring new customers in multiple territories. This role will focus on developing a multi-channel lead generation strategy, utilizing CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, AI-powered lead gen tools (like Amplemarket or similar), LinkedIn marketing, Google AdWords, SEO, and digital campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to build a lead generation engine from the ground up, working with advanced AI-driven solutions, digital marketing techniques, and sales automation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the technology sector, particularly in CRM or Salesforce ecosystems, and will be hands-on in designing and executing scalable lead acquisition strategies. Lead Generation Strategy & Execution • Design and implement a scalable lead generation system to acquire customers in multiple regions. • Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, leveraging SEO, paid advertising, LinkedIn, and AI-driven prospecting. • Use AI-based lead generation platforms (e.g., Amplemarket, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar) to optimize prospecting and outreach. • Oversee Google AdWords, PPC campaigns, and targeted paid advertising strategies.

CRM & Marketing Automation Infrastructure • Build and maintain a lead management system within Salesforce CRM, ensuring data is structured for automation and conversion tracking. • Implement and optimize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or similar) to automate email and drip campaigns. • Leverage AI-driven tools for automated outreach, personalized email campaigns, and customer targeting.

Digital Marketing & SEO Optimization • Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and organic lead acquisition. • Optimize website landing pages and content strategy for lead conversion. • Manage and improve LinkedIn marketing campaigns, including outreach and sponsored ads. • Track key lead generation KPIs, ensuring performance optimization and ROI maximization.
