Check us out at www.catalpa.io   About the position As Digital Lead, you will be leading the integration of digital solutions across all phases of our work in specific programs. You will shape and deliver practical, scalable, and inclusive digital approaches — from teacher professional development and learning resources to real-time data systems and digital partnerships.  This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role, requiring you to influence stakeholders, guide technical design, and ensure solutions work in low-resource and remote contexts. What You’ll Do • Strategy & Leadership • Lead the design and delivery of a Digital Learning & ICT Strategies aligned with national priorities • Act as the digital focal point within programs, working across partners including government • Drive innovation while ensuring solutions remain practical, scalable, and context-appropriate

• Teaching & Learning Transformation • Develop digital and blended learning resources accessible across diverse school contexts • Design continuity solutions (e.g. SMS, offline, and low-bandwidth approaches) for disrupted learning environments

• Teacher Development • Design and implement blended CPD models (microlearning, mentoring, communities of practice) • Build teacher capability in integrating technology into pedagogy (e.g. TPACK)

• Data & Systems • Lead the development of digital MEL systems and MIS platforms • Enable real-time data use for adaptive program management and decision-making

• Partnerships & Collaboration • Strengthen collaboration through digital approaches • Facilitate remote-first partnerships and knowledge exchange models
