We are currently seeking to employ a talented and highly-motivated Digital Marketer who lives and breathes social media, loves turning insights into ideas that actually perform, and can move comfortably between creativity and media strategy. Someone who doesn’t just “run campaigns”, but builds momentum across channels , from influencer activations to paid media and social commerce , always with one eye on performance and the other on culture.
Someone who understands that great marketing is not either brand or performance... it’s both.
Responsibilities:
Social media & content strategy
- Own the social media content strategy and planning, making sure every post, idea, and format serves a clear purpose.
- Build and maintain a marketing calendar that balances always-on content with bold, short-term viral initiatives.
- Create content concepts for social platforms that are not just “on-brand”, but actually engaging enough to stop the scroll.
Influencer marketing
- Lead the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from idea and creator selection to briefing, execution, and performance analysis.
- Identify the right creators for each objective (not just the biggest names), ensuring authentic storytelling and real impact.
Media & Performance collaboration
- Manage media planning & buying (digital & BTL) together with external agencies & brand, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong KPI delivery.
- Work closely with the Performance Chapter and Marketing & Communications teams to align paid media strategies with conversion, ROAS, and growth objectives, as well as broader brand and ATL initiatives.
- Ensure campaigns are properly amplified across paid, owned, and earned channels to maximize reach and impact.
Social commerce & growth
- Drive social commerce initiatives that connect content to conversion , not just engagement.
- Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives across the customer base through targeted digital activations.
- Identify opportunities within the customer journey to turn touchpoints into measurable marketing actions.
Insights optimization
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and brand performance using digital listening tools and analytics.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve campaigns and customer experience.
- Continuously evaluate marketing actions and decide what to scale, optimize, or stop.
Knowledge & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MSc/MBA) is considered a plus.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, or integrated marketing roles.
- Strong ability to develop marketing plans and design effective campaign actions.
- Advanced understanding of digital media ecosystems and channels.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is considered an asset.
- Basic understanding of both digital and traditional campaign planning.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Good understanding of the insurance market and products, with the ability to interpret commercial data and key marketing KPIs.
- Strong understanding of brand tone of voice and ability to apply it consistently across channels.
