Job Description
The Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, analyzing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, social media advertising, marketplaces, email marketing, and organic search.
You will manage digital media investments, coordinate external agencies, and ensure that all digital activities contribute effectively to business objectives and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
Campaign coordination and execution
- Plan, launch, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and marketplaces. Coordinate approvals with internal teams and external agencies. Manage digital advertising budgets across channels and countries, ensuring efficient allocation.
- Create and optimize landing pages to support campaigns, product launches and lead generation activities. Support email marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing activities.
- Support the setup and management of tracking via GTM, GA4, and platform pixels.
Performance Analysis and reporting
- Monitor KPIs and optimize campaign performance, using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and platform-native dashboards.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses and maintain monthly reports.
Seo & Geo
- Own and execute the company's organic search strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO), keyword research, content gap analysis and technical audits.
- Develop and implement GEO best practices to maximise brand visibility in AI-powered search environments (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing preferably with experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and teams.
Technical Skills:
- Proven expertise in Google, Meta, Linkedin and Marketplece Ads
- Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4 and digital reporting tools
- Experience with CMS platforms for creating and managing landing pages.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Experience managing external agencies and media partners. Previous experience working within a digital marketing, media, or communication agency is highly desirable.
- Fluent English; additional languages are considered a plus.
What we Offer:
Contract Type: Permanent / CCNL Industria Metalmeccanica C011
Annual Base Salary (RAL): €35,000–€40,000; Level: B2; Welfare and benefits package
The final compensation package (including base salary and potential variable incentives) will be defined based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and overall fit for the role.
