Our Client in the Agricultural sector is looking to hire Digital Marketing & Operations Analyst. The Digital Marketing & Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution, analysis, and coordination of digital marketing and sales support activities. The role provides analytical insights, operational support, and system management to enhance marketing effectiveness, sales force productivity, customer engagement, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Marketing Analysis & Reporting • Analyze digital marketing performance across platforms and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to support decision-making. • Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and return on marketing investment. • Support the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders. • Monitor digital marketing trends and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

  2. Salesforce Management & Sales Force Support • Manage Salesforce reporting and dashboards to support visibility of sales and marketing activities. • Guide, monitor, and support Sales Representatives (SRs) on effective utilization of Salesforce. • Track SR activities and prepare regular activity and performance reports.

  3. Marketing Operations & Activity Coordination • Support planning and execution of marketing activities under the guidance of the Marketing Manager. • Follow up on deliverables across teams and vendors.

  4. Promotional Materials Management • Manage allocation, tracking, and prudent use of promotional materials. • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and usage.

  5. Customer Call Center Management • Manage the customer call center across three mobile service lines. • Track and escalate customer inquiries and feedback.

  6. General Support & Additional Duties • Provide operational support during peak workload periods. • Perform any other duties assigned in line with business needs.
