Overview We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, Salesforce Automations for a short term project effort for 3 months. This role will be responsible for supporting our digital marketing efforts with transactional cloud email and marketing automation production workflows end-to-end. The ideal candidate will possess experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience. This role will also benefit from someone with strong technical acumen, project management, and problem-solving skills to anticipate business needs and resolve production issues. This is not a Salesforce technical developer role. This is a digital marketing automation role utilizing strong Salesforce experience. This position is remote and will work mostly MST hours. All qualified applicants must live in the United States and be authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Work as a part of the Digital/Product Marketing team to create new email campaigns, including writing SQL-driven automations and build complex user journeys. • Configure and continuously optimize API-triggered email campaigns. • Proactively track key milestones and collaborate with partners to ensure all project deadlines are met, creating and managing timelines for a high volume of campaigns. • Design and build data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support segmentation, personalization, and journey activities. • Perform end-to-end email QA, including mobile optimization and dark mode testing. • Proofread email copy and assist in maintaining design standards.
