Responsible for the online marketing activities and campaigns in Europe, including implementation, optimization, and conversion tracking, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives.

Key responsibilities • Work closely with the Head of Marketing EU and EU Country Managers to define and execute the digital campaign plan in alignment with regional priorities. • Set up and execute SEA and social media marketing campaigns across relevant channels and product categories in Europe. • Implement paid advertising campaigns to drive awareness in key regions, increase website traffic, improve conversions, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. • Manage SEO strategy and campaigns, including Google Performance Max and other optimization initiatives. • Manage email campaigns (e.g. newsletters) and lead nurturing workflows to engage prospects and support conversion. • Collaborate with the digital designer to manage the global website, including content updates, maintenance, and development of pages for direct markets. • Continuously analyze campaign performance across SEA, social platforms, and website analytics. • Apply insights from data analytics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, clinical, and content teams to develop impactful messaging tailored to key regions. • Think creatively about optimizing content formats based on performance insights and current best practices, in close collaboration with the content team. • Liaise with Regulatory and Sales when defining campaign content to maximize impact while ensuring compliance. • Set up and oversee direct marketing initiatives in Europe.
