Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
Oversee our social media accounts
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
Development of the Marketing Plan, including market analysis, product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
Discovery of strategic portfolio opportunities through collaboration with sales, HR, etc. and translation of those into informed competitive advantage, promotional action and commercial material
Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
Responsible for branding, advertising, trade shows/congresses, company events and promotional collateral
Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories
The ideal candidate should have
Proven work experience as a Digital marketing director
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
Knowledge of Health or Hospitality market trends.
Fluently in English.
Bachelor degree required.
