Digital Marketing Specialist

Houst is a global property management company that helps homeowners maximise their short-term rental income without the hassle of managing properties themselves. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help increase customer acquisition and generate high quality leads across our international markets. This is a commercially focused marketing role where you'll use data, experimentation and digital channels to improve performance. You'll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product and Partnerships to deliver campaigns that contribute directly to business growth. Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns that increase qualified lead generation. • Improve website performance and conversion rates through testing and optimisation. • Grow organic traffic using SEO, content marketing and website improvements. • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture and convert prospects. • Monitor campaign performance, identify trends and provide recommendations based on data. • Use analytics tools to measure marketing effectiveness and report on key performance indicators. • Work with internal stakeholders to support product launches, commercial campaigns and growth initiatives. • Research new digital channels and marketing opportunities, testing ideas that can be scaled. • Continuously review the customer journey to identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
