Job Title: Digital Product Manager Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: PST

Job Overview: We’re helping our client, a fast-growing DTC eCommerce company, find a Digital Product Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end digital experience across their website. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of data, design, and engineering—translating customer behavior and business goals into a high-performing, conversion-focused experience while driving continuous experimentation and product improvements.

Responsibilities: • Own the digital product roadmap across key site areas (PDP, cart, checkout, collections) • Define and track success metrics, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and performance • Manage the A/B testing program end-to-end (hypothesis, test design, analysis, and insights) • Build and prioritize an experimentation backlog using frameworks like RICE • Leverage data (Amplitude, GA4) and qualitative insights (customer feedback, research) to drive decisions • Lead product discovery for new features and integrations from ideation to delivery • Write clear product specs and collaborate closely with design and engineering teams • Run sprint ceremonies and maintain a well-prioritized backlog (Jira, Linear, Notion, etc.) • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, CX, and Operations to align on growth initiatives • Establish QA processes and ensure smooth site launches, updates, and integrations • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and post-mortems for continuous improvement • Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate research and experimentation workflows
