Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Summer Internship (June – July/August 2026)

 

Position Overview

BioBridge Global is seeking a Digital Services Intern to support the Marketing and Corporate Communications departments on enterprise digital initiatives. This role will contribute to the implementation of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and support broader digital and content-related needs across the organization.

The intern will work closely with Digital Services, Marketing and Corporate Communications leadership to support projects that improve asset organization, operational efficiency and digital execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with review, organization and preparation of digital asset libraries across departments
  • Apply approved naming conventions and metadata taxonomy to digital assets
  • Support asset upload, categorization, and quality assurance within the DAM platform
  • Assist in documenting asset governance standards, naming conventions, and usage guidelines
  • Support research and documentation of asset categories, regulatory considerations, and brand standards
  • Assist in the development and organization of photo and video assets to support Corporate Communications and Marketing initiatives, including taking photos and shooting video
  • Conduct light competitive and digital research to support marketing insights and planning
  • Participate in project check-ins, provide progress updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of Marketing and Corporate Communications initiatives

 

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the internship, the intern will:

  • Gain hands-on experience in Digital Asset Management implementation and governance
  • Develop analytical skills through digital research and reporting
  • Strengthen professional communication through written reports and presentations
  • Build experience working within structured projects aligned to enterprise priorities
  • Develop skills in photography and video production for business purposes

 

Qualifications

Education

Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with digital file organization or content management systems
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing principles
  • Experience conducting research and summarizing findings
  • Experience with photography and video

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow defined processes and naming conventions
  • Comfortable working independently within structured guidance
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
