Director - Organization Learning

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Head of Learning to lead the development and delivery of Qiddiya’s learning architecture, ensuring learning enables performance today and builds the capabilities required for future growth.   Reporting to the Executive Director – Talent Management, the role will partner closely with business and HR leaders to align learning with operational priorities, close critical skill gaps, and embed continuous development. Combining strategic focus, strong knowledge of the Saudi learning environment, and hands-on execution, it will build internal capability, shape impactful learning experiences, and position Qiddiya at the forefront of learning and performance.
