An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Sales & Events to join our world-class luxury hospitality team. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader to drive the hotel’s Sales, Groups, and Events teams, ensuring revenue growth and exceptional service across all segments.

The Director of Sales & Events will lead Corporate, Luxury Leisure, Groups, and Meetings & Events sales efforts, aligning strategy with the hotel’s business objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong collaboration with operations and commercial teams, and a commitment to delivering a world-class guest experience.

What we are looking for:

 

  • A strategic and results-oriented leader with a proven track record in luxury or premium hotel sales.
  • Confident in influencing at executive level while also managing day-to-day sales operations.
  • Skilled in building client relationships, driving conversion, and representing the hotel at key industry events.
  • Analytical and insightful, capable of leveraging market intelligence to inform sales strategy and revenue performance.
  • A natural communicator and mentor who can inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.

 

You will have:

 

  • Extensive experience in senior sales and events leadership, including corporate, leisure, and group segments.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and the interdependencies between sales, marketing, revenue, and events.
  • Experience in revenue management, forecasting, and maximizing function space and catering revenue.
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop teams to achieve business goals.
  • A commitment to excellence, professionalism, and the values and culture of our brand.
