Apply NowEssential Functions: 1. Provides strategic direction for the development and deployment of all virtual or omnichannel programs within the Pulse Center. Partners with clinical leaders and senior leaders to drive innovation, challenge the status quo and implement solutions and programs that support the strategic plan for the organization. 2. Drives the use of technology and automation to enhance and optimize safe, efficient and outcome focused workflows that support the needs of the organization and the communities we serve. 3. Fosters an internal culture of positive teamwork and transparency that drives excellent service, quality, diversity, an engaging work environment and overall continuous improvement mindset 4. Assumes responsibility for the management and oversight of a system-wide capacity and flow management. Actively collaborates with entity leadership to achieve desired output. a. bed management and placement b. transfer of patients in and out the health system to the most appropriate location c. centralized monitoring d. centralized dispatch and notification of operational services (alarms, facilities, environmental services...) 5. Works in collaboration with the system and entity emergency preparedness teams to ensure monitoring and reporting needs are met to keep the organization informed (natural disasters, internal disasters, external clinical or nonclinical events impacting our health system…) 6. Responsible for ensuring deliverables are met and outcomes are achieved. Collaborates with data analysts and IT leaders to collect, maintain, and evaluate data to guide and assess the effectiveness of all programs within the Pulse Center. 7. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with both internal and external partners. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of customers including providers, hospital leaders, medical groups, internal departments, community resources and peers
