Responsibilities • Provide technical support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues effectively • Document technical issues and solutions in our support system • Advise clients on best practices and usage of our products • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues • Engage in continual training to enhance your product knowledge and technical skills • Collect and analyze client feedback to provide insights for service improvements
