This hybrid role, based in Sofia, offers an excellent opportunity to engage with Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with top-tier support and assistance. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across various channels. Your fluency in Dutch and understanding of consumer service standards will be key in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.
