Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience. • Process returns and refunds efficiently using Refund Sniper. • Manage and resolve customer order issues with professionalism and urgency. • Handle FedEx and other carrier claims, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution. • Utilize Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, and ShipStation to manage tickets and order processing. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
