Role Overview We are looking for an E-Commerce Intern to support the day-to-day marketplace operations of multiple premium beauty brands across Shopee and Lazada. This internship is designed for students who want hands-on exposure to how leading brands operate in Southeast Asia’s largest e-commerce platforms. The intern will work closely with the e-commerce team to support campaign preparation, product operations, and marketplace execution. The role will report to the E-Commerce Manager, with day-to-day guidance from senior team members managing key brand portfolios.
Key Responsibilities Marketplace Operations Support • Assist with product listing uploads and SKU creation on Shopee and Lazada
• Support campaign setup during major platform campaigns (e.g. 3.3, 6.6, 9.9)
• Help prepare vouchers, bundles, and promotional mechanics in seller centers
• Assist in updating product content, pricing, and basic platform settings
Campaign Preparation • Support the team in preparing campaign calendars and promotion setup
• Assist in checking campaign submissions and platform deadlines
• Help ensure campaign assets and product pages are updated before campaign launches
Data & Reporting • Pull basic platform reports from Shopee and Lazada seller centers
• Assist in compiling weekly sales reports and campaign performance tracking
• Support competitor price checks and marketplace monitoring
Coordination & Administrative Support • Assist in coordinating assets and materials between teams (e.g., design, brand team)
• Support documentation and operational processes required for marketplace management
• Assist the team with general operational tasks required for daily e-commerce execution
