RemoteVA is seeking a proactive and strategic E-commerce Salesperson with a solid background in marketing and digital outreach. This role transcends traditional inbound inquiry management, focusing on actively identifying, pursuing, and converting high-value sales opportunities within both B2B and B2C markets.

Key Responsibilities: -Identify and engage potential leads via: -Website chat interactions and customer service tickets -Social media activity including comments, posts, and relevant profiles -Analysis of past purchaser data for follow-up and reactivation campaigns -Research of schools, daycares, events, and businesses that could benefit from our product offerings -Develop and maintain a structured lead generation and sales roadmap -Follow up consistently with B2B account holders, bulk buyers, and influencers -Assist in strategizing and managing targeted email marketing campaigns -Identify upsell and repeat purchase opportunities to maximize revenue -Collaborate closely with internal teams to leverage sales trends and customer feedback
