  • Champion a site-wide EHS culture focused on employee engagement, ownership, and Target Zero performance.
  • Coach, train, and advise senior leaders, managers, supervisors, and employees on EHS matters.
  • Demonstrate visible leadership and promote continuous improvement in EHS performance across the site.
  • Lead and develop the EHS team, ensuring high levels of capability, engagement, and accountability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and sustainable business performance.
  • Maintain effective relationships with regulatory agencies, emergency services, insurance providers, neighboring companies, and other external stakeholders.
  • Support and initiate capital projects required to improve EHS performance and mitigate site risks.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (HBO level or equivalent) in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
  • Additional qualifications in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management are preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of EHS experience, including responsibility for site-level EHS management.
  • Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS management systems and relevant environmental, health, and safety legislation.
