EU & IC ACCESS LEAD – DEVELOPED BRANDS

About the role
You will contribute to securing, expanding and sustaining Access for patients to the UCB developed brands across Europe and the Intercontinental region. You will connect scientific insights with healthcare needs by contributing to the creation of global payer strategies and translating those global strategies into meaningful local payer strategic action plans together with key stakeholders at the country level. You will help ensure patients benefit from sustainable healthcare solutions through collaboration, data generation, and adaptation to changing healthcare systems.

Who you will work with
You will join a dynamic supportive and collaborative team where knowledge sharing is encouraged. You will work closely with global, regional and country colleagues across access, medical, data generation, pricing, and external engagement teams. You will collaborate with local experts to ensure alignment and consistency.

What you will do

• You will translate global access strategies into country-specific actionable plans
• You will foster collaboration with regional and global partners across access initiatives
• You will contribute to the development of national and sub-national payers materials
• You will enable data strategies aligned with payer needs
• You will cultivate insights on changing healthcare systems and payer expectations
• You will ensure alignment between global strategies and local execution

Interested?

• You will bring a master’s degree in life sciences or health economics
• You will demonstrate experience in market access or reimbursement environments
• You will show understanding of European and Intercontinental healthcare systems and payer dynamics
• You will have experience supporting data generation or observational research initiatives
• You will bring strong leadership and communication skills
• You will demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in changing healthcare environments
