Are you an experienced Field tech/ End User Computing (EUC) Engineer who enjoys hands-on technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and working closely with customers? We're seeking an adaptable and customer-focused professional to join our team supporting a major customer environment across multiple Western Sydney locations.
This is a 4-month contract engagement requiring onsite support across 12 customer sites in Western Sydney, with travel between locations as required. A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
What You'll Do
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support
- Manage and resolve incidents, requests, and changes
- Troubleshoot desktop, Wi-Fi, and network issues
- Support Palo Alto, Ruckus, and Aruba technologies
- Perform switch replacements, deployments, and support
- Deliver general infrastructure and end-user support
About You
- Experience in Field tech/ EUC/ Desktop Support environments
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Palo Alto, Ruckus, and Aruba technologies and infrastructure support
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
- Able to travel between Western Sydney customer sites as needed
