External Job Description

Prepare monthly reports & coordinate with OPC’s for Quality Related activities like Standardization report, Process Audits etc.

Need specialization for Construction Chemical products like Tile Adhesives, Repair Range, APP Membranes, Admixtures, Waterproofing Products (2k), Epoxy based products & Customer complaints handling.

Prepare monthly testing reports of Tile Adhesives, Repair Range, APP Membranes, Admixtures locations.

Prepare OPC Score card based on Monthly performance on Quality Front.

Coordinate with OPC’s and TF for Formulation clarifications & guide OPC accordingly.

Understand the Asian Paints & related IS standards Test methods (IS,ASTM,EN Standards) / requirements for Tile Adhesives, Repair Range, APP Membranes, Admixtures & provide guidance to OPC’s if required.

Keep records of testing facility availability at OPC’s.

Coordinate with OPC’s for conducting the batches under different projects & timely update.

Providing Material Test Certificates to Sales team as per requirement.

Frequent audits at OPCs of above construction chemical products.
