The team works exclusively with product-based businesses that already have established email lists, using Klaviyo as their core platform to drive performance through campaigns, flows, and segmentation.

Job SummaryWe are hiring a client-facing Email Account Executive with strong, hands-on experience in Klaviyo to manage multiple eCommerce accounts. This is a remote email marketing role focused on retention and lifecycle marketing—not outbound or cold outreach. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategy, overseeing campaign execution, and driving measurable results through data-driven email marketing.

Key Responsibilities• Manage client accounts, owning strategy and performance • Lead weekly client calls, present insights, and handle feedback professionally • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns and flows within Klaviyo • Create campaign briefs, oversee execution, and QA emails before sending • Monitor performance daily and track key KPIs (open rate, click rate, bounce rate, revenue per recipient) • Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven improvements • Propose and execute A/B tests, segmentation strategies, and new lifecycle flows • Collaborate with designers and internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
