What you'll do

• Lead strategic organizational culture and leadership development projects from concept to implementation to build a strong "One Baltic" culture
• Create practical tools and frameworks, and facilitate engaging workshops and leadership forums that support the employee experience
• Coordinate culture and engagement projects across Lidl Baltics, ensuring high-quality execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery
• Contribute to the implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Belonging (DE&B) action plan alongside other strategic People Development initiatives
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners to successfully deliver culture-related initiatives
• Collect employee feedback and analyze insights to measure impact and continuously improve our organizational development initiatives

About you

• Higher education in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in organizational development, culture and people development or project management
• Very good English language skills, both spoken and written (at least B2 level)
• Proven ability to proactively and independently lead complex projects from concept to successful implementation in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with a positive, collaborative approach to building trust across all organizational levels
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
