7+ years of hands-on professional software development experience
1+ years of software engineering management and mentorship experience
A desire to build an inclusive, diverse, and high performing team. Even better if you've done that many times already in a startup environment.
Experience regularly collaborating with product and design teams, and partnering closely with marketing stakeholders
Experience building or operating product growth funnels, including instrumentation, experimentation, and metric-driven iteration
You've built large and complex projects at scale, and maintained them over many release cycles
We use Java running in GCP, and React Native. If you have experience in that stack, all the better, but it’s not strictly necessary.
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $180,000 - $230,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
