Position SummaryBB&E is currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Engineering Project Manager to support the 35 CES Engineering Flight at Misawa AB, Japan. This role provides technical expertise in leading design and construction project execution supporting 35 CES programs at Misawa AB. Job Duties & Responsibilities• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk • Develop acquisition packages (SOWs, IGEs, RFPs) • Oversee design and construction execution • Track project performance and financials • Coordinate with stakeholders and lead project meetings • Review contractor deliverables and ensure compliance • Support project closeout documentation
