About the Home
Victoria Grange Aged Care is a welcoming 104‑bed residential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‑site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.

The Role
As Registered Nurse, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity’s 180‑year legacy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team
• Ensure safe, person‑centred, compliant care every day
• Support the clinical governance, documentation, AN‑ACC, NQIP, risk & quality
• Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)
• Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
• Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes

About You

• RN with current AHPRA registration
• Knowledge of AN‑ACC, NQIP, ACQSC
• Residential Aged Care leadership experience
• Strong communication and coaching capability
• Desirable: Minimum of  2+ years’ experience in Aged Care

• Part Time Roles Nurse , two options Wednesday to Saturday 2.45PM to 10.00PM or Sunday to Tuesday 2.45PM to 10.00PM
• Part Time Roles Enrolled Nurse , Wednesday to Saturday 7.00AM to 3.00PM or Sunday to Tuesday 7.00AM to 3.00PM
