Responsibilities• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms including job boards and social media. • Support in conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments. • Maintain candidate and client databases and ensure accurate record-keeping using applicant tracking systems. • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with both candidates and hiring managers. • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client needs and job specifications. • Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices through training and self-learning.
