Estimator - Interior Construction

RemoteVA PH is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for interior fit-out projects. You will collaborate closely with our design, procurement, and construction teams to deliver competitive, high-quality bids that align with project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities -Review architectural drawings and specifications to prepare comprehensive material and labor estimates. -Source and coordinate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers. -Develop detailed cost breakdowns and client proposals. -Collaborate with the design team to verify project scope and identify value engineering opportunities. -Support seamless handoff to construction teams, ensuring all estimate details are clearly communicated.
