Emerging Travel Group is a global travel-tech company whose brands have been operating in over 220 source markets since 2010. We specialize in developing advanced online booking platforms for all types of clients — from individual tourists to travel agents and companies organizing business trips. Our solutions empower hoteliers to effortlessly showcase their accommodations, boosting visibility and attracting a broader audience. Our mission is to create, distribute, and operate the most convenient travel products. We constantly innovate and break the rules of the highly complex travel industry to make travel more widely available for individuals, more rewarding for professionals, and simpler for everyone. This is a senior role in a fast-growing commercial organisation of 500+ people spanning global regions, with the CCO overseeing 6 direct reports across international markets. You will be the operational backbone of the CCO, owning systems and driving cross-functional execution, not just supporting it. The work is fast-paced, the stakeholders are senior, and the expectations are high. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates residing in Europe and CIS.

Job Responsibilities:

• Executive Time & Priorities • Manage the CCO’s calendar, ensuring focus on high-priority strategic topics • Screen requests, coordinate communications, and structure meeting agendas • Own preparation of executive materials: decision briefs, board presentations, leadership reviews • Plan and manage all travel end-to-end: build the yearly travel calendar, source and coordinate complex itineraries across multiple destinations, and handle real-time changes

• Meeting & Communication Management • Take meeting notes, document decisions, and follow through on action items across leadership meetings • Communicate and conduct outreach on behalf of the CCO: maintain alignment and trust with senior leaders at C-level and MD level across regions, and represent him professionally via LinkedIn, email, and other channels • Plan and run team offsites end-to-end: concept, agenda, venue, accommodation, dining, transfers, rooming lists, and vendor coordination

• Project, Execution & Visibility • Drive delivery of key commitments across the CCO’s direct reports and senior leadership • Own end-to-end coordination of cross-functional projects: timelines, stakeholder alignment, delivery • Maintain dashboards, task trackers, and status reports for leadership visibility • Structure and improve internal workflows and planning processes; support cross-team coordination and information flow
