The RoleAs an Executive Partner, you'll be the strategic right hand to a US-based founder or CEO — anticipating needs before they're voiced, protecting their time like it's your own, and becoming the person they can't imagine running their business without. This isn't a task-execution role. It's a seat at the table. What You'll Own• Strategic calendar and inbox management, triaging what matters, filtering out what doesn't • Executive-ready research, reports, and presentations that drive real decisions • Cross-functional coordination across the exec's business and personal priorities • Travel, logistics, and meeting coordination with zero dropped balls • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact on the exec's behalf • Proactively spotting opportunities to make the exec's life and business run better
