Executive Search Resourcer

Location: Remote – South Africa Sector: Technology & Finance Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday Role OverviewOur client is a specialist UK-based executive search consultancy operating across the Technology and Finance sectors. They are seeking an experienced and polished Senior Executive Search Resourcer to support senior-level and executive search assignments across the UK, Europe and the United States. This role is focused on identifying, engaging and qualifying high-calibre professionals at Director, VP, C-suite and senior leadership level. This is not a high-volume recruitment or CV sourcing position. The successful candidate will be expected to take a highly targeted, research-led and consultative approach to executive search. You will build detailed market maps, approach passive candidates with credibility, conduct meaningful qualification conversations and develop long-term relationships with senior professionals. You will work closely with Executive Search Consultants and Partners, providing high-quality candidate intelligence, market insight and research throughout the search lifecycle.
