We are looking for an Executive Sous Chef

 

 

As an Executive Sous Chef, we rely on you to;

 

  • Responsible for the overall administration and operation of kitchen department in order to give maximum satisfaction and quality to the guests
  • Responsible in maintaining a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in the respective kitchens, according to the standards required by the management
  • Development of the daily menu
  • Plan the yearly theme, events and activities
  • Maintain the branding and quality of meal
  • Drive profit margins

 

We are looking for someone who;

 

  • Has a passion for F&B and enjoys interacting with people
  • Excellent verbal and written english language
  • Management experience would be advantageous
  • Follows the market trends closely
  • Enjoys being challenged
  • Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts and/or Hotel Management
  • HACCP higher level certified
  • Minimum of two years experience as an Executive Chef or similar capacity in an International class hotel
  • Experience working in a remote location is considered an advantage
