UI/UX Designer

Job Description

  • Design system development, maintenance & optimization
    Responsible for working with a multibrand design system (7 brands) using extended collections. This includes advanced use of Figma (including variables), maintaining and updating the design library in line with development changes, optimizing its structure and usability, and extending or refining components to ensure scalability, consistency, and high UI quality.
  • UI design, flows & design advisory across teams
    Designing user flows and supporting various product teams across different markets and scopes. This includes providing UX/UI guidance, proposing alternative solutions based on best practices, and ensuring alignment with design system principles while adapting to specific product and business needs.
  • Brand updates, implementation & collaboration with development
    Managing brand updates. Acting as a bridge between brand stakeholders and development teams, ensuring proper integration of brand guidelines into the design system and UI. Brand-related updates were gradually introduced over time as part of the project evolution. For someone new in the role, this would typically not be an initial responsibility but rather a scope taken on with experience and project familiarity.
