Are you an experienced support worker passionate about helping elderly people live independently in their own homes? We are looking for skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team and provide high-quality care to our elderly customers (65+ years).

Do you meet these minimum requirements?

• Live and can travel in the Dunsborough, Busselton, Capel, Bunbury and surrounding areas
• Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence with your own car - sorry but we can't accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles
• Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am – 6pm, Monday to Friday with one weekend
• Commitment to our awesome paid 2-week Brilliant@Basics training when you start! (We won’t throw you in the deep end, we’ll support you!)
• Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in facility/nursing home

About the role: 

• Available Roles: Experienced Support Worker with at least 12+ months experience
• Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time
• Contract hours: 40 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
• Hourly Rate: $34.77 + Super + $1.38km allowance

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Personal Care: Assist with dressing, supervise daily hygiene and mobility support
• Domestic Support: Providing assistance with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping - this plays a big part of your role
• Companionship: Being a friendly face and offering emotional support to clients – you’ll become someone they look forward to seeing!
• Transporting & Social Support: Taking clients to appointments, outings, and social activities, allowing them to live their best life

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Heart: You bring 12+ months experience in aged care or disability and a true passion for helping others.
• Flexibility to work: Be able to commit to at least 3 days a week between our service hours of 7AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday
