What is Expert Growth Analytics? Drive overarching JLV platform-level analytics and customer lifecycle management. You will centralize data across individual products to monitor unified KPIs and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that optimize the entire ecosystem.

What does Expert Growth Analytics do? • Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive funnel analysis and cohort tracking to identify trends in user behavior and product performance across verticals into central platform. • Reporting Automation: Build & automate comprehensive dashboards to provide leadership with real-time visibility into business performance. • Data Storytelling: Prepare and present performance reports to management, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. • Tech & BI Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for Product/Business and BI teams to ensure data accuracy, and timely data delivery • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and design teams to provide the data necessary for experimentation and feature optimization at platform (JLV) level.
