The Expert Growth Marketing owns ZARR's core growth engine across CRM, Performance Marketing, and SEO. As a marketplace, ZARR's success is measured by order growth, and this role holds complete ownership of these channels end-to-end — from strategy and execution to daily performance. The Expert Growth Marketing is accountable for driving orders, scaling each channel efficiently, and maintaining tight, day-to-day visibility on the data that governs performance.
The role reports directly to Head of ZARR and leads CRM, Performance Marketing, and SEO, with an extended cross-functional team of 5 members.
What does Expert Growth Marketing (Ecommerce) do? • Own order growth for the ZARR marketplace as the primary performance mandate. • Hold complete ownership of the CRM, Performance Marketing, and SEO channels — strategy, execution, and optimization. • Drive CRM across the full customer lifecycle — retention, reactivation, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns — to grow repeat orders. • Lead performance marketing across paid & JazzWorld ecosystem, managing spend, efficiency, and return against order targets. • Direct the SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and orders, aligned with the marketplace's growth direction. • Own day-to-day data reporting across all channels, translating performance data into timely decisions and actions. • Set channel-level targets, monitor performance against them, and reallocate effort and budget to maximize order growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, category, operations) to remove friction in the growth funnel.
Key Deliverables • Sustained order growth against agreed targets across the marketplace. • Full ownership and performance of CRM, Performance Marketing, and SEO channels. • A daily/weekly reporting cadence covering channel performance and key growth metrics. • Channel-level growth plans with clear targets, budgets, and efficiency benchmarks. • Lifecycle and retention programs that measurably lift repeat orders. • Regular performance reviews and data-backed recommendations for scaling.
