AYANA Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and organized F&B Admin to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. You will handle documentation, coordinate communications, and assist with inventory management, contributing to the overall success of our F&B services.

Responsibilities• Reporting & Documentation: Able to handle daily/monthly F&B reports, filing, purchase requests, invoices and coordination with Purchasing/Finance. Strong attention to detail. • Inventory & Cost Awareness: Basic understanding of inventory control, stock-taking and F&B cost items (food, beverage, supplies). • Work Attitude: Well organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
