We are seeking an ambitious and experienced FX Partnerships Manager to spearhead the growth and optimization of our partner network. This pivotal role focuses on building high-performing strategic alliances across diverse markets, enhancing revenue streams, and shaping TMGM’s brand presence on a global stage. Key Responsibilities • Partnership Acquisition & Development: Proactively identify and secure new partnerships, driving strategic growth initiatives and expanding TMGM’s ecosystem. • Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners, providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor. • Contract Negotiation: Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that maximize mutual value, including commission frameworks and performance incentives. • Revenue & Growth Enablement: Collaborate with partners to deliver measurable trading volume, new client acquisition, and robust revenue outcomes through joint marketing, events, and activations. • Partner Enablement: Deliver tailored training, education, and branded resources to empower partners in representing TMGM effectively. • Performance Analysis: Analyze partner activity and results with advanced metrics, providing actionable insights and regular feedback for continuous improvement. • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory shifts to keep TMGM’s partnership program competitive and compliant. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Compliance) to execute partnership initiatives. • Compliance & Risk Management: Uphold regulatory standards and internal policies across all partner activities, fostering integrity and minimizing risk.
