As our Site Facilities Management (FM) Manager you will oversee all daily operations, capital planning, and workplace experience for our 160,000 Square Feet commercial office supporting 500+ employees.
This role is not a traditional maintenance position; it is a critical business leadership role. The FM Leader will serve as the single point of accountability for the site, manage the facilities operation cost and capital expenditure budget (CEB) , mitigating EHS and liability risks, and driving corporate sustainability goals. You will ensure the workplace operates as a high-performance "magnet" that attracts and retains top talent in the highly efficient and people centric work environment.
Responsibilities
- Vendor & Contractor Governance: Oversee Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) staff and diverse service vendors to ensure high-tier delivery of hard and soft services.
- Operational Management: Co-manage the daily maintenance and repair of the corporate headquarters, including critical infrastructure like utilities and HVAC.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the operating and capital expenditure budgets, focusing on cost optimization and efficient resource allocation.
- Real Estate & Project Execution: Lead corporate real estate initiatives and manage construction projects from architectural review to final site inspection.
- Space & Workplace Design: Design office configurations and manage all furniture, technology infrastructure, and workstation changes to support hybrid work.
- Workplace Experience & Hospitality: Curate a premium experience for employees and executives, managing amenities, events, and campus cafeteria partnerships.
- Environmental Health & Safety (EHS): Partner with corporate professionals to execute safety programs and ensure strict regulatory compliance for site infrastructure.
- Sustainability & Compliance: Drive energy reduction programs to meet corporate sustainability targets and maintain LEED and WELL certification standards.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- 6+ years experience in integrated facilities management, property management, or office project management
- Experience in office facilities such as HVAC, draining, and building management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP: Certified Project Management Professional
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) via IFMA.
- LEED and WELL AND True Zero Waste Experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present business cases directly to Finance, HR, and Executive Leadership
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
