The Opportunity
Ensure the healthy growth, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through proper daily care, monitoring, and farm management practices. Maintain consistent production performance by following biosecurity standards, feeding programs, and environmental controls to achieve optimal egg or meat output. Support smooth farm operations by assisting in routine tasks such as vaccination, record-keeping, cleaning, and equipment maintenance
Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or Poultry Production and animal Science or related majer
- 3 - 5 Years Experience in GP farms or similar role and field
- Good English communication
- Understanding of poultry Framing specifically Breeding farms
- Knowledge of brooding, feeding, egg collection
- Commitment to animal welfare, safety standards, and farm goals
- Precision in monitoring flock health, feed quality, and environmental conditions
