About the role
As a Field Clinical Specialist Graduate in Cardiac Rhythm Management at Boston Scientific you will be in the forefront of medical innovation.
Starting in June this Graduate 12 month contract serves central Antwerp and the surrounding Flanders region.
You will be providing high-end technical and clinical support in the cathlab or operating room. Introduce and train internal and external stakeholders on the full suite of Boston Scientific products and services. And you will collaborate in a close relationship with our dynamic Sales, Electrophysiology and management team to effectively develop and implement the product and business strategy for the territory and ensure that objectives are met in a precise and competent manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical and clinical support on the full CRM and CDx portfolio: Pacemakers, Defibrillators, Resynchronization Therapy, Implantable Loop Recorders
- Launching Boston Scientific’s newest technologies and optimizing use of existing technologies
- Act as the primary clinical/technical contact together with the account manager in your territory, offering on-site and remote support.
- Educating customers on optimal product and service use of Boston Scientific products
- Continuous education of internal and external stakeholders
- Engaging customers from a clinical and technical perspective by having high level professional interactions
- Set up multi-disciplinary and long term projects (educational, technical, clinical)
- Build long term strong relationships with customers
- Actively contribute to the agreed strategy in collaboration with the full team
- Identifies opportunities to drive account growth through spending time with clinicians and asking questions to uncover needs and challenges
- Proactively builds knowledge of the market you operate in, the territory or region, and how it impacts customers
- Builds and maintains insight into competitor products in own area of expertise, advising customers appropriately
- Contribute actively to the account planning with the account manager
Required skills and competencies
- Have a physiotherapy, sport or Biomedical Engineer degree with a passion for cardiology/electrophysiology
- Native Dutch and English (C2/C1) required, French is an advantage
- Valid driver license
- Analytical, technical, proactive, and problem-solving oriented
- Lifelong learning

- Extensive travelling by car in Belgium and occasional international travel
- Flexibility in working hours (daily changing agenda)
