Field Sales Manager

As part of the Saudi Sales Team, the Field Sales Manager – Central Region is responsible for driving Coty’s sell-out performance across retail and duty-paid stores within the Central Region. The role is accountable for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Beauty Advisors while ensuring flawless execution at store level to achieve sales, market share, and operational excellence targets.

 

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with retail partners, monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute commercial strategies that strengthen Coty’s presence in the market.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Performance and Market Share
  • Drive sell-out performance and accelerate sales growth across the Central Region
  • Execute commercial strategies and initiatives in line with local business objectives.
  • Deliver monthly sell-out and market share targets.
  • Ensure excellence in retail execution, including product availability, merchandising visibility, stock ordering, inventory rotation, and management of aging stock.
  • Monitor store performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve sales and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, retail partners, and key stakeholders.

 

      Lead and Develop the Beauty Advisor Team

  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of Beauty Advisors across retail and duty-paid stores
  • Conduct regular field coaching visits to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and development plans
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Beauty Advisors consistently achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Promote Coty’s brands and values, inspiring the team to represent the portfolio with passion and expertise.

 

Business Planning, Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, field activities, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Analyze business performance and recommend action plans to improve results.
  • Prepare business reviews, presentations, and performance reports for management.
  • Leverage sales data and insights to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in field sales management within the FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry.
  • Experience leading and developing field sales teams or Beauty Advisors.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and sell-out management.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

  • Commercially driven with a strong customer and results orientation.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with strong planning and execution capabilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and strong product affinity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
