Project Overview:
Job Summary:
In this role, you will support the AP1000 Project Training Program at the project site. You will help keep training records current, coordinate training activities, prepare training materials, support VOC/CTO activities, and deliver classroom training when assigned. You will report to the Project Training Manager.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support project training requirements, records, and processes
- Help develop and maintain training materials and programs
- Coordinate and deliver training presentations as assigned
- Track training actions, schedules, and progress
- Maintain training files and records
- Work with Document Control on training document retention and archiving
- Support audits, reviews, and readiness assessments when needed
- Look for ways to improve training processes and documentation
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the training team
- Coordinate with other departments to support training needs
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with different teams and levels of the organization
- Ability to obtain required project clearance
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience supporting or delivering training
- Experience with environmental, safety, health, construction, or systems training
- Ability to learn Bechtel systems such as eTrack, Aconex, and BrassRing
- Ability to learn Bechtel processes and documentation requirements
- Familiarity with Polish construction certifications and requirements
- English and Polish language capability
